Principal and Director of Fox Academy of Dance Heidi Fox is a highly qualified and experienced dance educator with a 20 year background in teaching and choreographing for children and young people. Heidi’s career has taken her across the globe with positions in the USA, Australia, Belgium, Ireland and closer to home here in the UK. Heidi trained professionally as a dancer and musical theatre performer and has subsequently achieved a wealth of qualifications and certifications in the teaching and study of dance and education. Heidi’s past students have enjoyed professional success in the West End, Broadway, on cruise lines and professional contracts worldwide, as teachers and choreographers themselves and even in Hollywood (!) making her well placed to support and mentor aspiring young performers as they work towards their future goals. Heidi values a professional approach to dance training, taking great pride in nurturing dancers of all ages to achieve their version of excellence and prides herself in delivering classes where knowledge, understanding and well supported technique can be gained within an atmosphere of fun, laughter and enjoyment.
