Studio 7 Ballroom & Latin Dance School

Studio 7 Ballroom & Latin Dance School first opened its doors to the general public on October 6th 2004. The School operates mainly out of the Arima Tennis Club, in Trinidad & Tobago West Indies. . Studio 7 Ballroom & Latin Dance School offers International and American Styles Ballroom, Latin, Hip Hop, Club Latin, Modern, Cultural and Line Dancing. The school provides a relaxed family atmosphere that encourages self-expression and enjoyment in dance where students three years and over are taught at a level appropriate to their individual potential and ability. We strive to increase each student’s confidence and personal progress via the development of co-ordination, motor skills, creativity, self expression and musicality while providing continuing support to our students. The overall health and happiness of our students is also our concern as we believe that sound training in this art gives pupils valuable skills and experience they can apply to every aspect of their lives, as the lessons taught at our school foster a linkage between the young and old age groups promoting self-esteem, an enhanced understanding of dance and sensitivity towards socializing. . The school motivates and train students that are interested in competitive dancing, medalist examinations and performance dancing, all of which have brought esteemed results and great satisfaction to the school and by extension the qualified professional teachers that are associated with the school. Our Principal and head tutor Mrs. Carol Matthew Webb is certified and a qualified dance teacher under the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) of England. Regular class schedules.
