We are a new Performing Arts School based in Hanslope on the edge of the Milton Keynes & South Northants border. We are members of the IDTA and will be opening in January 2020 running classes in Musical Theatre, Tap, Ballet, PBT (progressing Ballet Technique), and Contemporary Modern Jazz. . A fun and friendly new school in the beautiful village of Hanslope. We will be running a range of classes for all age groups from ages 3+ to adults and OAP Fitness. Katie Corrigan

Katie is a Qualified Level 4 teacher with the IDTA (6 Distinctions), holds a Certification in Progressing Ballet technique (PBT) , IDTA Anatomy & Physiology Diploma, Paediatric first Aid, fully CRB checked, qualified with a Theatrical makeup and wigs Diploma, NVQ level 3 in Childcare and has 13 years experience working backstage at Milton Keynes Theatre. Katie began dancing at the age of 4 locally with Kathleen Woollard (RAD Presidents award) and Myra Tiffin (ISTD Chairman/Senior examiner). Achieving Major grades in Ballet, Tap and Modern dance, Katie was also a demonstrator for the RAD and ISTD. Alongside this she was an Associate of the Birmingham Royal Ballet and was chosen by Sir Peter Wright to perform in his new production of the “Nutcracker” at the Birmingham Hippodrome. Katie then continued her training at Tring Park and also successfully auditioned to perform with the Lewis London Ballet (Janet Lewis – English Youth Ballet) in their production of “The Nutcracker”. Katie has been involved on and off stage with local performance companies; Roundabout Theatre and MKAOS. She directed “The Wedding Singer” at Stantonbury Theatre.
