The Katy Baker School of Dance is a new school in Lincolnshire. We offer classes in I.D.T.A Ballet, Tap and Modern Jazz.
Our classes are fun, friendly and allow children to grow in technique and confidence.
Whether dance is a hobby or something more serious, we strive to bring out the best in each and every individual. Students take part in regular I.D.T.A examinations which enables them to progress in their dance training.

Katy Baker
Principal
Katy started dancing at the age of three at a dance school in Lincolnshire and continued there until the age of 18. During her time there she completed numerous examinations in Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz and Theatre dance.
Upon leaving school, Katy went on to University to study Dance Practise and Performance and graduated with honours. Her time at University allowed her to work with choreographers and perform in stage shows and performances at the Arena Theatre, Wolverhampton. Whilst at University, Katy studied for her teaching qualification in the Theatre branch which she obtained, gaining a distinction.
Katy taught dance in Primary schools in West Yorkshire after University as well as teaching in a growing dance school in Bradford. In 2014, Katy moved back to Lincolnshire and opened the Katy Baker School of Dance.
