At the Lauren Faye School of Dance we offer professional and friendly tuition in a range of subjects. Children have the opportunity to take part in IDTA examinations throughout the year, as well as school shows and presentations. We also offer private tuition for those students wishing to compete in dance festivals around the region.
The principal, Lauren, provides commitment and a depth of knowledge to all of her students and enjoys watching them progress. Miss Lauren Faye Tibbott

Principal

Lauren took an interest in teaching at an early age and always hoped to open her own dance school. In January 2014 Lauren decided to take her passion to the next level and opened the Lauren Faye School of Dance.
Lauren has passed all of her teaching exams with the highest marks. This includes a distinction in her Ballet (93marks), Modern Jazz (90 marks) and Freestyle (91 marks) Associate examinations. She continues to expand her professional qualifications with the IDTA with a view to become an IDTA examiner. Lauren has just recently begun adjudicating dance festivals across the Yorkshire region and thoroughly enjoys this role.
Lauren’s choreography credits include, Music For Youth at the Royal Albert Hall, Connexions Festival at the West Yorkshire Playhouse, and a range of local high school musical productions.
Lauren is also the sole organiser of The Valleys Festival of Dance, which she has run successfully for the past 4 years.
