At Soul Dance Moves we have classes for all ages and levels in Ballet, Tap and Freestyle. We offer graded exams, medal tests, private lesson, festivals, competitions and take part in many shows and performances throughout the year. We encourage everyone to build their confidence alongside improving their fitness and coordination whilst enjoying the fun and creativity of dance.
Soul Dance Moves was founded in 2008 and runs in Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding area. As well as weekly classes in term time we also offer private lesson, dance parties, workshops and summer schools and adult workshops for groups such as the W.I.

- Sarah BerringtonTeacher/ Principal
Sarah has 30 years of dance experience, she trained in Ballet, Tap and Modern from a very early age. Gaining advanced 2 level in these subjects with I.S.T.D before training in I.D.T.A and R.A.D at Dolphin Dance Studios where she studied for her I.D.T.A exams and Teaching Associates. Throughout her life Sarah also had a passion for Musical Theatre, Gymnastics and Street dance which she has enjoyed studying and performing alongside her other dance training. At college Sarah also continued training in these styles and commercial dance. She worked as a professional dancer in music videos, corporate events, musical theatre shows, cabarets and pantomimes before founding Soul Dance Moves in 2008. Sarah enjoys sharing her love of dance with her students and building there confidence.
