The Dance Academy is a friendly, hardworking dance school which follows IDTA syllabus as well as having its own shows and performing in local community settings.
Classes start from 2 years old all the way up to Adults. We offer multiple styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Street Jazz and Gymnastics Dance. We have 100% pass rates and all teachers are qualified, DBS checked and First Aid trained.No Records Found

- Camilla NealePrincipal
Camilla has worked as a dancer and as a teacher for many years. Her training started at the age of 2 in many styles of dance such as: ballet, tap, modern jazz, musical theatre, theatre craft, contemporary and multiple styles of gymnastics. As a performer, Camilla has performed for multiple midlands based companies at prestigious venues such as symphony hall and the LG arena where she supported Diversity. Currently Camilla co runs an entertainment company providing dancers and entertainers to various companies throughout the UK and abroad. As a teacher Camilla has progressed to teaching in Primary and Secondary schools, multiple colleges and currently lectures in dance and gymnastics at The University of Worcester as well as running The Dance Academy. Camilla has a BA honours in Professional Dance Development, a Diploma in Teaching Life Long Learning, an Associate Ballet awarded Distinction and is currently studying for a Post Graduate in Teaching in Higher Education.
As a choreographer Camilla co choreographed the opening and closing ceremonies for the European Wheelchair Basketball Championships in 2015 and has also created professional works for Ready Salted Code - arrestre and Data Storm both of which were heavily funded by Arts Council England & google rise.
