Monmouthshire Adult Ballet offers a range of ballet classes from Beginner to Advanced, Pointe, and Progressing Ballet Technique, in Chepstow, Monmouth, Usk and Caldicot for adults in a friendly and nurturing environment under the guidance of a fully qualified teacher.  New dancers are welcome to start at anytime throughout the year.
I run both group and individual classes in ballroom, latin and freestyle at all levels, (see calendar) including ballroom and latin sequence dancing, dance exercise (sometimes known as Zumba). Britannia Dance offer ballroom & latin tuition for children and adults of all ages and abilities. With a studio in Stroud many classes and lessons are hosted there personally by Sam or Martina though weekly classes in Bristol are also available too.
