
Academia Roysel Alfonso
Roysel Alfonso Valdes is a CID Member and IDTA Associate Ballet Teacher. She began her studies in Spanish dances in Cuba, her native country, in several institutions such as Sociedad Monterroso, Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba, Ballet Espanol de Cuba. She was also trained by Escuela Nacional de Espectaculos Musicais, which allowed her to practice in different dance companies / schools, such as Ballet Teatro America, Ballet Television Cubana and others and live and work in countries like Spain and Portugal still as a student. When settled in Figueira da Foz, Portugal in 2005 she create Academia Roysel Alfonso. Currently following the IDTA program in the Classic Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Theater Craft and Musical Theater. The school helds annually examinations sessions and participate in competitions and international events such as the Dance Proms 2016 at the Royal Albert Hall was an unforgettable experience. The school cultivates a healthy environment and a humanistic concept linked to a constant growth through learning that aims to improve the artistic sensitivity of our students, which will give them a fuller life, whatever their professional choice in the future.
