Most children join Armley Dance Studios for fun, to meet friends and pass IDTA examination awards (syllabus that your child will be taught). . Some children come for one class a week, others train more intensively for competitions. Competitions have different standards from local ones to regional championship titles. . All ages are in the school from age 3 to adult students studying teachers degree level. . No special kit is required although Armley Dance does have its own onsite shop where all basic gear can be purchased once your child is settled. NO CHILD NEEDS GEAR TO DANCE – a swimsuit or shorts and T-Shirt will be fine.
