Dance Emporium

Dance Emporium is ran by Ashleigh Lewis and lies in the heart of Huddersfield, only 2mins from the town centre. Our spacious studios are fully equipped and central heated with sprung flooring and a large reception/ waiting area. We teach a variety of modern styles; Street, Freestyle, Rock n Roll, Popping, Slow and AfroDancehall. Private lessons are available on request.
Our school holds exams, an annual show, take part in local performances and we regularly attend competitions in both street and freestyle.
Past achievements from our teachers and dancers include; Barbara Sharples Choreographer of the Year, performing and lecturing at MOVE IT convention, UDO European/Six Nations/World Championships, IDTA National Finalists.
We regularly work in primary and high schools across the country to provide workshops and after school clubs. All our teachers are fully CRB DBS and registered chaperones.
