Susan Pheby School of Dance and Performing Arts

Susan Pheby has been teaching at Rivermead Leisure Complex for 25 years, there is a wide range of dance subjects offered to various ages and levels. With the emphasis on a high standard of work, taught in a safe, structured and fun atmosphere. Pupils can dance with a view to making dance their vocation, or just for enjoyment, to see their friends,and maintain their fitness. Pupils are encouraged to help and support one another in class, and especially on a performance day.

IDTA and RAD examinations entered when pupils are ready, and also to perform in an annual show. Opportunities to perform locally and in London. Past pupils have gone on to be dance teachers, to perform on cruise ships, dance in videos and films, and in the West End. Many pupils still attend classes whilst persuing other careers, and some continue to dance and bring their little ones to lessons too.
