The County Dance Centre is a Ballroom and Latin dance school with over 35 years of experience teaching social and medal dancers.

We hace 3 fully qualified Ballroom teachers and very experienced helpers.

We pride ourselves on making our classes a fun enviroment for people to learn how to dance and meet new people. We have people who have been learning to dance with us for over 12 years so we think we must be doing something right!

The Prinicple, Angela Higgs and her daughter, Megan, run the school together and love seeing people getting to grips with learning to dance.

Fun, friendly and professional. The County Dance Centre is the best place to learn how to dance.

Angela Higgs MIDTA

Principal

Angela started dancing when she was 8. She has done all sorts of dance when she was a child but she quickly found that Ballrom and Latin was what she wanted to teach.

She has been a qualified teacher for 31 years and has been teaching for over 35 years.

She Likes organising the social events at The County Dance Centre such as dance weekends and evening dances.

Megan Fage MIDTA

Teacher

Megan started dancing after her time as a county sprinter came to end when she was 19. She helped out at her mums school where she reaslised that she enjoyed teaching people. She ualified in the Ballroom branch soon after.

She has been qualified for 8 years and teaching for 10 years.

Megan has taken more of the teaching role on lately and dances with the majority of candidates for medal tests including the high grade ones.
