At Emerald Academy you can be sure to find a supportive and fun atmosphere, where our pupils will build confidence, make new friends and reach their full potential. The Academy offers classes in Ballet, Tap, Freestyle and Cheerleading for all ages and abilities. All pupils are encouraged to participate in shows, local events such as charity work, fetes and fairs regardless of individual standards. The Academy also supports personal development towards graded examinations if required.

Becky began dancing at the age of 3 at a local Dance School. During her time as an amateur she took part in many local theatre productions and also gained her International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) Intermediate Professional Performer exams in Ballet & Tap.
As a professional, Becky has achieved her Associate qualifications in Freestyle and Cheerleading with the IDTA and is currently in the process of gaining her Ballet and Tap Associate teaching qualifications.
Becky has been teaching for 5 years now previously in 2 other dances schoools, where she enjoyed learning different teaching techniques from other dance professionals. Having gained lots of different experience she feels its about time to fulfill her dreams and to open her very own succesfull dance school, that was founded in 2013. Becky enjoys bettering herself by taking regular courses, in turn bringing out the best in her pupils. -
