Woodbury Dance Studio follows the grade syllabus from the RAD and vocational syllabus from both the RAD and the IDTA.
There are separate performance classes for the annual show meaning that the technique classes continue all year round. Thus the grade level examinations occur with more regularity.
The recent annual performances have been The Two Pigeons and La Sylphide where the students from all levels are integrated throughout the ballet.
All classes are held at Woodbury Primary School.

Mary Griffiths

Principal

Mary Griffiths was a scholar of the RAD and trained at the Royal Ballet School.
She is the founding Artistic Director and principal dancer of the Hong Kong Ballet, a ballet company which is now internationally recognised.
She is also a mathematician with degrees from Oxford and The Open University.
Having lived in Hong Kong for over twenty years, she returned to the UK in 1995 when she established Woodbury Dance Studio.
