Vera the Diva is an established Ballroom and Latin dance school which offers group and individual dance lessons in Clapham Common and Covent Garden.
The school is run by Edurne Goldaracena, a full time professional Ballroom and Latin dance teacher who is dedicated to bringing the fun and experience of dance at an affordable cost and endeavours to ensure that we have a balanced number of ladies and gentlemen in our classes by supplementing each class with experienced dance helpers.
In addition, Edurne offers private Wedding lessons for couples, and prepares a dance tailored to your needs. If you have a favorite song, she can create a beautiful choreography for that very special moment or she can suggest music that will make you look great on the dance floor.
Private lessons can be arranged.
Also corporate events, charity functions, private parties, children’s parties, bridal and hen parties, groups of friends and team building

Edurne Goldaracena has been teaching in London for almost twenty years and is a full time professional dance teacher registered with the IDTA and ISTD and is D.B.S. checked.
Since the school was founded student attendance has grown and more varied classes offered; many students have achieved excellent results for their ballroom and latin medals exams. Edurne has also run successful dance theme events for corporate organisations, charities and private parties. The school also holds a very popular bimonthly social dance party in Covent Garden.
Edurne's experience includes teaching Latin dance to children (aged 5 to 11) for the Lambeth education authority, preparing dance groups (10 -15 year olds) for festivals and choreographing various performances for teenagers at school and several community projects.
She also holds weekly Baby Salsa classes, www.babysalsa.net, for mum’s and their babies which offers an exciting experience of Latin American Dance for mother and baby together. -
