Refresh Dance opened in 2012 at Kings Church Centre in Bolton and is run by Steph Ashworth. At Refresh we run classes in a variety of styles for all ages from 2 years through to Adults. We believe that dance is more than just dancing. We aim to provide a friendly and welcoming environment in which all children and young people are encouraged and championed to be the best person they can be. Dance is about being passionate, determined, developing new skills and celebrating each others wins. We offer examinations and show work for all children and provide as many opportunities for them to build their confidence as possible. We love teaching children how to dance and become everything they can be!

I have been dancing for over 25 years and have been teaching for 18 years. I opened Refresh Dance in 2012 and teach a variety of styles including Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Cheerleading and Street Dance. I have my Associate Modern Jazz Qualification.
Natalie AshworthClass TeacherNatalie has been dancing for over 20 years and has recently come back into teaching. She has recently gained her Exercise to Music qualification and is now building up Adult Fitness Classes at Refresh. Natalie also enjoys teaching groups of children in Ballet and Cheerleading at Refresh Dance.
Naomi BainbridgeStudent TeacherNaomi has been attending Refresh Dance since it opened in 2012 and is now assisting dance classes on a regular basis at Refresh. She is working through her dance qualifications currently alongside doing her teacher training.
