- Bryony PickupFounder & Teacher
Started dancing at 4 years old and trained in Ballet, Modern, Tap, Jazz, Classical Greek and Rhythmic Gymnastics. Then found her passion for Contemporary dance and Studied it at GCSE, A Level, BA HONS degree and Masters level.
She started the school in 2014 with only one class and named the school after herself. Bryony currently teaches Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz and Yogalates, while being fully insured and DBS checked.
Bryony has performed in places like Oxford University, Tate Britain Museum and Brighton Fringe Festival and hopes to continue her own professional development while expanding the dance school that provides an exceptional standard of training for a very reasonable price!
Bryony has also appeared on TV shows like Britain's Got Talent, Got to Dance and been featured in a commercial. Bryony performs for entertainment companies like Butterflies Event Dancers and LE Entertainment. Performing in illusion shows, fire shows and dance performances in holiday parks across the UK.
Bryony qualified as a member of the International Dance Teacher's Association (IDTA) in July 2017 and received 98% on her teaching ability module.Kiri GouldingStreet TeacherKiri is a freelance dance artist and facilitator working in Hampshire and Wiltshire for the past 7 years, providing ASC, PPA and CPD work, covering a range of styles from Ballet to Street. She has also obtained her teaching qualificatons with the NATD and will graduate in October 2017 with a BA (Hons) degree in Choreography and Dance.
As a freelance artist, Kiri develops creative work independtly and colaoratively with her own company, GoldHill Dance and performs professionally with the all female Dance Company - The Land Girls.
Alongside her professional career, Kiri is passionate about motivating and inspiring the younger generation of dancers. Kiri believes movement is an integral process if understanding and learning. Exploring through dance allows the mind and body to be conditioned through the kinaesthetic pathway, encouraging a physical contribution to fitness and wellbeing combined with an abundance of exciting learning possibilities. -
