Our extensive timetable offers classes for all ages, abilities and tastes, in three key areas of performing arts: Dance, Singing and Drama. Many of our classes are unique concepts exclusive to the Life and Soul Academy designed to stimulate, inspire and empower.

We have a permanent Studio so lessons can be arranged 7 days a week during the day or evening. We also provide studio hire for Teacher Training/courses/seminars. Our Team can travel to any school, club, society across Herts, Beds & Bucks as well as London.

Sally Jane Ilsley

Principal

The Creator & Visionary behind Life & Soul Academy. Miss Sally has been teaching for over 20 years & qualified as IDTA teacher under the guidance of Ms Gordine.
As well as working within the studio with all the age-groups Sally has been employed as a specialist Dance Teacher- delivering dance within schools and colleges as well training teachers.
Sally has a great reputation as both Choreographer & Teacher- working on amateur & professional productions across the UK & Internationally.
Many of her students have gone on to enjoy careers in Dance & Performing Arts for the stage & screen. Her successful mentoring programme supports future IDTA Teachers
