Alan Beale

Principal

He has been teaching for over 40 years has trained many competitors from beginner to championship level and has had winners at the Nationwide Freestyle finals at Blackpool. Alan is a Life member of the IDTA. He is a Fellow in Ballroom, Latin, Freestyle & Rock `n`Roll and runs classes in Herne Bay, Swalecliffe & Broomfield.

Dr Sandra Beale Ellis

Teacher in Ballroom, Latin, & Freestyle

Sandra was a successful competitor in Ballroom/Latin and Freestyle she started in the all girls winning many competitions then moved on to have a Boy partner with continued success.

Melanie Smith

Teacher in Ballroom/Latin

Melanie has been with us for over 20 years and was successful in a all girl partnership and has been teaching at the school for over 10 years.

April Tomlinson

Freestyle Teacher

April has been teaching at East kent dance school for over 12 years. She was a successful competitor in Latin, Freestyle and Street dance. she also trained in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz.
She has a BTEC National Dipolma in Performing Arts and holds Licentiate in Freestyle.

Nicola Purcell

Nicola has recently qualified in Freestyle dance.

She was very successful making the finals and winner various different freestyle events at the Nationwide in Blackpool.
