Pamela Knowles School of Dance is a fun and friendly environment where your child can come and learn all styles of dance from Ballet, Tap, Modern, Street, Singing and Musical Theatre. Dance is a great way to build confidence and co-ordination as well as create a new social circle of friends. Pamela Knowles Dance School prides itself on having teachers that have worked in the industry.
All teachers are fully qualified and CRB checked. Children can participate in exams, performances and competitions or simply just come and have fun! We study the IDTA, ISTD and RAD Syllabus.

Pamela Knowles

Principal

Pamela trained at Phil Winston's Theatre Works in Blackpool where she studied all genres of dance and musical theatre. After graduating she spent many years travelling the world as a Singer and Dancer onboard cruise ships and touring the UK with various productions and working on many theatre shows such as Pantomimes, summer seasons and corporate events.
She is qualified in I.S.T.D, I.D.T.A and R.A.D societies of dance and has worked with many different choreographers in her career which has given her a strong knowledge of many different dance styles. She has many years experience in entering children for exams and has 100% pass rate.
Pamela is very passionate about dance and theatre and has been teaching for the past 10 years at various schools as a freelance teacher as well as running her own school.
