Aimee Fardell’s Dance school has been running since the take over from Christine Dunbar in April 2007. Aimee holds Ballet Tap and Modern Jazz classes from ages 2 1/2. She also runs Adult classes in Tap Beginners and Intermediate and Dance Excercise Ballet and Modern Jazz. In 2010 Aimee opened her second Dance school in Shepshed thriving with talented dancers.
They put on a colourful and vibrant Dance show at Loughborough Town Hall every other year which recieves brilliant reviews and take exams following the IDTA syllabus and has 100% pass rate.
The schools proudest moment was when Phoebe Liggins won the Gladys Thorpe Award for Ballet at the IDTA Theatre Awards in 2012.

Aimee graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in 2004 with a Degree in Musical Theatre. During that time she was received the Best Dancer Award for Modern, Tap and Ballet being tutored by some of the best performers of London’s West End. She has performed in Carousel, The Goodbye Girl, Hair, and others, also playing the part of Charity in ‘Sweet Charity’ at London’s Shaw Theatre. Aimee was dance Captain in both Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella, playing alongside Steven Mulhern of Britain’s Got More Talent, and Ian Watkins (AKA ‘H’) of the pop group ‘Steps’. She has choreographed for local Theatre shows and annually teaches Drama for the Blind (SCENE) in the UK and Ireland. Aimee is trained in RAD Ballet to Elementary, and IDTA Tap and Modern Jazz. She continues to train as a teacher and has achieved Honours in all her teaching examinations. Aimee is passionate about dance and loves nothing better than seeing little ones having fun whilst progressing and developing talent.
