The Jayne Elizabeth Stage School has been established over 25 years and is based in Mendip Avenue, Worle, just outside Weston-super-Mare. We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Theatre Craft, Gym/limbering, Dance, Contempory, Irish,Cheer leading, Body Conditioning Greek. We have classes for children, adults and boys only classes.

Wednesday morning – Line Dancing for all.

Annual Shows at the many local venues including the Playhouse Theatre and Blakehay Theatre, .

Children are prepared for IDTA and ABD examinations, dance festivals and shows, but above all they have fun.

Principal

Jayne danced herself from the age of 2 1/2, in her home town of Sheffield. After competing in a major dance competition at the age of 19 years she decided to go professional and has worked all over the world with many big names. She eventually moved onto the Cruise Liners and became Assistant Cruise Director/Choreographer/Producer for the liners. She loves passing on valuable tuition and guidance to all her pupils and offers the highest quality training.

Assistant Teacher

Annie started dancing with the Jayne Elizabeth Stage School at the age of three, working her way through the grades and enjoying competing in many dance competitions, and performing in the schools annual shows at the Playhouse and Blakehay Theatre. After leaving school Annie studied at Weston College for 2 years completeing to a high very standard the BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. She trained hard with Jayne and has now been teaching at the school for 3 years.
