City Limits Zone opened in 2020 and is the sister studio of ‘City Limits Dancentre’ which has been a successful studio for over 40 years. City Limits Zone offers classes and private lessons in almost all styles of dance for all ages! Whether you want to bring your little one to their first dance class, start social dancing with your partner or even to be coached for competitions by studio owner Dale Bennett, we are certain that we have something for you!

- Dale BennettStudio Owner/Head Coach
Dale is a Ballroom and Latin finalist and champion and has coached some of the best competitors in the UK and internationally. He has travelled the world sharing his knowledge of dance including Italy and the USA. He believes that the studio should offer everyone a place to progress as far as they desire, whether it is to learn a few basic steps or to become a top-level competitor.
Although the studio is new and was opened during Covid-19, we already have such a strong dance family and we can't wait to see it become even bigger and better!Olivia OatesTeacher and Studio ManagementOlivia is in the top 10 Open Amateur Latin couples in the UK and has many other finals and titles to her name. She spends part of her time in the office, working on new projects, advertising the studio and keeping on top of the day-to-day tasks. The rest of the time you'll find her teaching kids ballroom, mini movers, FitSteps, Wedding dance lessons and private tuition. Olivia also trains at the studio with her partner Christian for national and international competitions. She has a passion for teaching and can't wait to see what the future holds at CLZ.
Christian SkibsrudTeacherChristian is Olivia's dance partner and is in the Top 10 Open Amateur Latin competitors in the UK. He is originally from Norway and is Norwegian Champion and was on the National Team from a young age, before moving to England 6 years ago to take his dancing further. Within the studio, Christian teaches Children's Ballroom and Latin, Adult Ballroom and Latin, ProAm/Teacher student lessons, as well as competitive and social private tuition. Olivia and Christian will also often be seen at the studio training in preparation for their own competitions and shows. Christian's love and passion for dance is very clear when he is teaching, and he can't wait to welcome new members of the CLZ family!
Adam BrunyeeTeacherAdam is one of our most versatile teachers at CLZ. He is our main Street/Commercial Street teacher and is also an experienced ballroom and Latin dancer. He was a top level competitor and has also spent the last few years performing in shows on board cruise ships with his dance partner Jasmine who you will also see around the studio! Adam is a fantastic choreographer and this is clear to see in his Commercial Street classes. Adam also teaches Adult Ballroom and Latin classes, his calm and kind personality makes our students feel immediately at ease. Adam can't wait to share his teaching and ideas with new and current students!
