Elite Academy has been established since 1999 and has grown from strength to strength.We have Branches in surrounding villages as well as our main purpose built studio in Lichfield city Centre. We have outstanding exam results with many IDTA scholarship nominees. We also hold regular shows and recitals and believe that all students should have performance experience. Our Festival Team are British Championship Finalists, All England Finalists as well hold many regional championship titles. Talented students are also put forward to audition for Associate courses at the leading Ballet and theatre schools from age 8.
Our school offers professional training in a fun environment. From age 14 month to Adults . As well as Pre Vocational courses and Full time courses for professional students.
Miss Wilcox who is an examiner with IDTA also conducts Professional teachers through their CPD.

Miss D opened the school in 1999 after a career of being a professional dancer . Miss D trained at London Contemporary Dance School and London College of Dance where she gained her BA Hons Dance and also her AISTD.
She has also been awarded the prestigious ARAD as well as RAD Teaching Diploma. However Miss D greatest achievement is becoming an examiner for the IDTA and an ambassador. Miss D also travels the country as an adjudicator for festivals.
We have an exceptionally busy school with excellent staff and excellent results. Everyone is a member of the elite family!!Charlotte DaviesHead of Academics and Lower School. Joint Principal of Branches.Miss Charlotte joined Elite in 2002 as a young dancer and then went onto chichester university to study choreography where she gained her BA Hons. Miss Charlotte continued to take her teaching certificates with the IDTA and is a professional and dedicated teacher gaining her DETTLS in Further Education . Miss Charlotte became joint principal of Elite Branches and is course co ordinator for GCSE and A level Dance courses. Miss Charlottes choreographic skills have become paramount at Elite within the festival team .
Miss Sue Russell AIDTAHead of Musical TheatreMiss Sue is professional singer and actress as well as Director and Producer. Miss Sue also runs our theatrical agency and prepares the students for singing and musical theatre exams. Miss Sue is also a qualiified dance teacher and teaches dance ,gymnastics and festival work as part of the team. With 25 years of experience and a love for the theatre Miss Sue is a great asset to the Elite Staff and the children love her.
Miss Amy Felton AIDTADance Teacher and Head of Armitage BranchMiss Amy is a dedicated teacher with a love for dance especially Ballet where she has been a Junior-Senior Associate with the Royal Ballet School. She is a fully qualified fitness instructor as well as dance teacher. Miss Amy co ordinates the Armitage Branch and also the Adult classes. Miss Amy is loved by all of her young students and also has a great adult ballet following!!
Miss Sarah LoveGymnastic coach and Dance TeacherMiss Sarah is our Gymnastic and body conditioning coach as well as one of our dance and drama teachers for lower school. Miss Sarah is a joy to have as a teacher within the school. As our newest member her enthusiasim and positive attitude always nurtures the students. Miss Sarah is a key part to the team at showtime and at festivals.
Miss Gemma WarburtonDance TeacherMiss Gemma has trained with elite since she was 14 and has now been a teacher at the school for 10 years . Miss Gemma always has a positive outlook and encourages our students to be confident. Miss Gemmas pointe classes are quite legendary!
