The school offers classes to all levels of expertise from beginners to advanced medalists and competitors in a relaxed and fun environment.
The classes are centred around Latin and Ballroom rhythms with Sequence and Salsa being taught as master classes throughout the year. We also offer classes in Pilates and Fitness. The school hosts party nights and regular practise evenings.
Teachers ensure that everyone receives the individual attention that they need to make the experience enjoyable and fulfilling.
Private lessons are available by appointment as are wedding 1st dance and cruise learn to dance packages for that special occasion.
The school operates a loyalty card scheme, ask your teacher at your first lesson.

Owner / Principal Teacher
Following a competitive career in Ballroom and Latin Helen established the school in the Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding area in 1984. Helen has taught in local schools and in the community sector in addition to running private classes.
Since 1984 Helen has held the post of treasurer of the Welsh Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dancing.
Helen is a qualified REPS (Level 3) fitness & Pilates instructor, aqua and aqua natal, older adults and childrens fitness, she was also the Finance Director for Fitness Wales 2000-2010.
