Impact Dance started in 2000 as one class with one teacher in a village hall. Over the years we have built up our student and staff base and now run dozens of classes six days a week in our own studios and in local schools. We offer classes in Street, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre and Singing for students of all ages. We pride ourselves on our happy, nurturing environment which welcomes people of all ages and abilities to experience the joy of dance and performance whilst boosting confidence, pride and self worth. We regularly perform in front of audiences in prestigious venues both around the UK and abroad and take huge pride in representing our home town of Rugby in local events whenever we can.

- Hayley JamesPrincipal
Hayley has been dancing since she was a child and became an accomplished performer in Ballet, Tap, Freestyle, Ballroom, Modern, LAMDA Speech & Drama and Singing. She has performed all over the world including Japan, Hong Kong, Greece and the USA. Hayley gained her formal teaching qualifications at Pattisons Theatre Arts and went on to set up her own Dance School in 2000, initially specialising in Freestyle Dance but developing into a centre for students to enjoy a variety of dance disciplines.
