The school consists of Ballroom and Latin classes, where couples learn at their own pace, Beginners Sequence and Social Sequence classes, Ballroom, Latin and Sequence Social Dances, and a Modern Sequence dance.
Classes and dances are held in five venues, or good size, in Dudley and Rowley Regis, West Midlands.

Fiona has been dancing since childhood, starting with Ballroom and Latin American, and later on, Modern Sequence. Qualified with the IDTA since 1993 in Ballroom and Latin American. Fiona's attitude is "There's no such word as 'can't'".
