A centre of dancing excelence since 1973, Costley Dance Centre continues to be the leading dance school in Wolverhampton with over 40 years@ experience teaching people to dance.
We offer expert tuition in Ballroom, Latin, Sequence and Line Dancing at all levels from beginner to competitior.
We are based at various venues around Wolverhampton offering both group classes and individual dance lessons for adults and children.
With teachers qulaified in three of the countries leading dance associations, NATD, IDTA, and UKA we can offer both medal tests , competitions and professional training.
Family run and with a family feel, we are now teaching the third generation of some of our dancers!
Our pupils have gone on to compete at national and international events and win scholarships in teacher training exams.

Angela Holmes

Principal

Angela has over 40 years experience. She is qualified in IDTA, NATD and UKA meaning her students are eligible to take a variety of medals and enter multiple competitions every year.
Dancing from 5 years of age, she completed the IDTA medal grades and, at 16, secured a training opportunity at a prestigious dance school in Geneva.
She completed an intensive training course of lessons at the famous Alex Moore Dance Studio in London to learn te competition routines of the principle of the Swiss school.
On returning to the UK, Angela began her professional qualifications subsequently becoming a partner in the Costley teaching team.
Now vastly experienced, Angela enjoys teaching at all ages and levels.

Nicki Roddis

Dance teacher

Nicki joined Costley Dance Centre at 8 years old and went on to win several competitive titles.
She was the UK ten dance champion and the Welsh Ballroom, Latin and Ten Dance No. 1.
She represented Wales in the Worls Championships in Scotland, Russia, former Czechoslavakia, Denark, Paris and Milan.
She is qualified in IDTA and has been teaching at Costley Dance Centre for 25 years.
Nicki brings her professional experience to training dancers from beginner to competitive levels.
