Ruby Dance Studios is a friendly dance school, welcoming children who would like to learn amazing dance styles and to have an incredible expressive outlet. Classes are taught by highly trained and encouraging teachers. Preschool sessions are based around magical stories and themes to capture the children’s imagination and take them on an adventure each week. Exams can be taken with the IDTA and show opportunities are available.

Ruth Cressall

Principal

Ruth Cressall is a friendly performing arts teacher who is passionate about inspiring students with a love of dance, a beautiful form of expression and fantastic technique. She likes to create a welcoming school atmosphere where friendships can be made for life.
Ruth found her love of dance at a young age and took part in competitions, shows and local theatre work. Ruth has a BA Honours Degree in Dance with Drama from Kingston University, London and her IDTA and Acrobatic Arts teaching qualifications.
After graduating from Kingston University, Ruth performed with two dance companies and then taught in schools, nurseries and dance academies all over London and more recently in Yorkshire. She is first aid trained, DBS checked and holds a safeguarding certificate.
