Lucy Jane’s School of Dance holds classes at a number of different venues across Redditch and the surrounding areas, providing a high quality of professional teaching in a fun and friendly environment.
Throughout the year, Lucy Jane’s School of Dance provide a number of examination sessions through the IDTA in BALLET, TAP, FREESTYLE JAZZ, RIVERDANCE and STREET FITNESS and we put on a professionally choreographed show at the Palace Theatre in Redditch every 18months

Lucy Jane Devey L.I.D.T.A.

Principal

The Principal of the school is Lucy Jane Devey. Lucy has been dancing for over 32 years. Lucy studied at Pattisons Theatre Arts College in Coventry and qualified as a professional teacher. From a child and into Adulthood , Lucy also trained in R.A.D.
Lucy trained in all aspects of performing including ballet, tap, freestyle, modern, ballroom, riverdance, LAMDA speech & drama and singing. Lucy received high results in all her exams.
Lucy started her own dance school in October 2001 and since then her school has forever grown in size. Lucy continually does a great job teaching all her pupils, encouraging them to work hard to achieve their grades all the while making lessons fun and creating an incredibly welcoming environment to learn in.
Lucy is still furthering her own dance career and working towards becoming and examiner.
