FlexYoStyle incorporates mindfulness through breathing, Stretching & Relaxation these components to make them better dancers. My unique method educates, empowers and exercises BOTH the body and mind – stimulating physical, intellectual, emotional, social and inner wellbeing. So every students leaves our classes feeling energised and confident.
