The Performance Academy has a wide range of creative and performing arts activities for children, young people and adults.

We have weekday, evening and Saturday classes for all ages from 2 years old.

The Performance Academy offers high quality tuition for all, whether it be for pre-vocational training or simply just for fun.

All dance teachers at the school hold dance teaching qualifications with recognised boards, are CRB checked and hold valid insurance.

Katherine Marriott-Pae

Principal

Katherine trained with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and is a Fellow member of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA)
Katherine is passionately committed to the development and education of children and young people, providing standards of excellence in teaching dance. Her classes follow the IDTA and RAD syllabus giving children a route to creative learning and expression. She has taught dance at GCSE, 'A' level and BTec for over 15 years.

Mary Green

Dance Teacher

After training with Miss Katherine from the age of 3, Mary has recently graduated from the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance in London.
Having completed the full RAD syllabus herself, passed examinations with the IDTA and UKA as well as competing in local dance festivals, Miss Mary is looking forward to returning to The Performance Academy to share her expertise with children and adults alike.
