Maggie Mays Performing Arts is a friendly dance school based at Maggie Mays Studio in Whitchurch Shropshire, with additional classes held in Adderley and Market Drayton. We have a wide variety of classes on offer to suit all ages and abilities from Preschool through to Adults. With the IDTA we offer Freestyle, Street, Cheerleading, Musical Theatre and Acrobatics. Our teachers are all very friendly and supportive of the dancers own progression and growth. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive dance family and welcome all. With regular shows, examinations and the option to compete, we are a busy but fun filled dance school.

- Christine Wylie (Crissy)Principal
Crissy has been a teacher of dance for 18years and has been the principal of Maggie Mays Performing Arts for the past 8 years. Crissy has a wide knowledge base in many genres of dance and holds qualifications with both the IDTA and BBO and also has a BA(Hons) FE in Performing Arts, Dance and Drama. Before establishing Maggie Mays, Crissy worked for Shropshire Council running a variety of community projects and programs to promote dance as an available activity for all, this is still a passion of Crissy's and is evident in the ethos of Maggie Mays. Her community work has set the grounds for which Maggie Mays has grown into an inclusive dance school.
